AACT National Festival, June 24-28 in Grand Rapids, MI

Newton Community Theatre is proud to host the 2015 Region V Festival, to be held in April 2015.  Theatres from 7 states (Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota) will come to Newton to participate in the Festival.

Festival Package I:  $95.00 (through April 15, 2015)     $100.00 (beginning April 16, 2015)
Includes seven to nine performances and adjudication, four meals, five workshops, three parties and the awards brunch.


Festival Package II:  $45.00 (through April 15, 2015)     $50.00 (beginning April 16, 2015)
Friday (April 24) package includes three workshops, festival performances and adjudication, two meals and evening party.


Festival Package III:  $45.00 (through April 15, 2015)     $50.00 (beginning April 16, 2015)
Saturday (April 25) package includes two workshops, festival performances and adjudication, two meals and evening party.


Sunday Awards Brunch:  $10.00     Sunday, April 26 at 9:00 AM

All productions, workshops, noon meals, and Sunday Awards will be at Newton Community Theatre at 1701 S 8th Ave E, Newton, IA 50208.  Friday and Saturday evening meals and parties will be at our host hotel, Boulder Inn & Suites at 4222 S 22nd Ave E, Newton, IA 50208.  We have 25 rooms blocked at $75.00 per room (Phone: 641-275-9495).
The Americinn Lodge at 4401 S 22nd Ave E, Newton, IA 50208.  Phone 641-791-1160 ($84.90 a night) is right across the road from Boulders.
Holiday Inn Express is uptown at 208 W 4th St N, Newton, IA 50208.  Phone 641-792-3333 ($79.99 a night).
Newton Community Theatre is about 1 mile away from the hotels.
